We make every effort to make order shipping as easy and smooth as possible. We are therefore affiliated with various external parties who, among other things, take care of payments and shipments safely and securely. For payments we work with Mollie, one of the largest payment providers in Europe. For the shipments we work with the Sendcloud shipping platform, which gives us all the shipping options we need.
Once your order and payment are received by us, your order is immediately processed by one of our employees. You can then usually expect to receive your order within two business days. As soon as DHL or PostNL has the package in their hands, you will automatically receive a track&trace e-mail.
Shipping costs:
Shipping costs money, which is why you pay a shipping fee with us. Shipping costs are calculated per country. There are also options for FREE shipping. The conditions are indicated during ordering (it varies by country).
