  2. Make sure the order reference is clearly visible ON the box or IN the box.

Reimbursement of shipping costs

      1. Shipping costs on the invoice will be refunded when returning the entire order. **
      2. Shipping costs will not be refunded for partial returns.
      3. All costs incurred will be refunded if we have made an error.

** Standard shipping costs will be credited. Surcharges on payment methods such as PayPal or Credit Card are not refundable.

Return conditions

  1. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging. be returned to the entrepreneur. If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than is necessary to sell the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So treat the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returning.
  2. The package must be returned to our company no later than 28 days after receipt.

Return handling

  1. Your return will be refunded within 14 days of receipt.
  2. We always assess whether a return meets our conditions.
  3. We are not responsible for returns until receipt at our warehouse.

Exchange?

  1. Return the products to be exchanged to us, according to the normal returns procedure.
  2. Place and pay for a new order in our webshop with the desired products.
  3. We will treat your return as a normal return shipment as described on this page.
